Interview with Brad Howey
Brad Howey built the Sitka Jazz Band and then the Sitka Jazz Festival. He moved to Idaho and is re vamping how this festival is run in terms of competition and evaluation rubrics. He has been published in Downbeat, Jazz Times, and other journals. Mr. Howey is completing his PhD at the U of Idaho.
